At Activa, we value transparency and respect your time.
 

Telehealth visit fees are due at the time of booking.

Once a visit has been completed and clinical services have been provided, fees are non-refundable.

Appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
 

If your visit cannot be completed due to a technical issue on our end or provider unavailability, you may be eligible for a refund or rescheduled visit.
